Ask Joanie Jacques

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joanie Jacques, Realtor, PSA. I was initially looking long term at both selling my house in Missouri and buying one on a lake, likely in Illinois. Joanie reached out to me during my initial search and I instantly felt comfortable; not just because she is licensed in both states, but it did not hurt. Although I was not looking to do anything for several years, Joanie was still responsive and attentive. It was through her attention that I realized that selling my current home, instead of waiting, was in my best interest, especially financially. Realizing my need to sell much more quickly meant the need to find somewhere to go. Joanie went out of her way to help me find the right place, going beyond what is typical to make herself available. This was important given it was a seller’s market at the time. Joanie helped me get my home ready for sale and orchestrated an open house that was beyond successful. I love my new home and my old home had contracts in a day. If all of this was not enough, Joanie supplied me with contacts for financing who were incredible and if there was something or someone I needed during the sale or the purchase, Joanie was right there with a list of trusted providers of a wide variety of things from inspectors to repair persons. I am looking to purchase again, this time with a business in mind and I have already reached out to Joanie for help because this is a future plan, but I know that if something comes up that is too good to pass up, Joanie will let me know.
